Plugin build #73

1. Launch instance.
2. Attach interface to this instance.
3. Run command on instance 'ifconfig'

There is no attached interface.

Description lacks used NSX platform and vCenter server version.

Opinion, because TinyCoreLinux not up interface after boot(only during the boot). If execute 'ifconfig -a', you can see new interface. If you need get ip address from dhcp for a new attached interface, please execute 'sudo /sbin/udhcpc -b -i $NEW_INT_NAME'on the VM, or soft reboot VM.

Or execute 'sudo /etc/init.d/dhcp.sh' and wait until all interfaces receive ip address.
