When returning from suspend, my external Apple monitor is not detected, and nothing I do seem to enable it. Rebooting makes everything work as it should. This was not a problem on 15.10.

Bug Description

After rebooting, xrandr --prop gives me:

After suspend, it is simply listed as disconnected, trying various xrandr commands doesn't make me able to connect it, adding a mode and trying with "xrandr --output DP2-1 --mode 1920x1200" just gives me

   xrandr: Configure crtc 1 failed
