wish: ability to set time interval for the Balance report

Both the "Trend Time..." and "Balance..." reports have a slider for "Zoom X:", which is very nice. Additionally, Trend Time has a "View by:" combobox that complements that slider by setting the maximum unit resolution (Day, week, month, quarter, year).

I would like to have a similar "View by:" combobox available for the "Balance..." report, as it's very useful for charting a line across multiple years without having an unreasonable amount of horizontal scroll.

This might (if my understanding is correct) replace the "[x] Each day" checkbox, by having this in the combobx:

- Each day (time-based)
- Days with transactions
- Week
- Month
- Year

In fact except 3 details, you can barely have the same result from balance report into trend time report, when you select an account, cumulate and by Day.

The missing things into trend time are:
- the initial balance
- the overdraft line/area draw
- you can't select days with transaction

So maybe I should merge those 2, by adding the missing stuffs
change the cumulate checkbox to a 'Mode' combobox: None | Cumulate | Balance
