Bug Description

>ran update-manager -d to upgrade from 15.10 -> 16.04

Could not install '/var/cache/apt/archives/systemd-sysv_229-3ubuntu2_amd64.deb'
The upgrade will continue but the '/var/cache/apt/archives/systemd-sysv_229-3ubuntu2_amd64.deb' package may not be in a working state. Please consider submitting a bug report about it.
pre-dependency problem - not installing systemd-sysv

The upgrade has completed but there were errors during the upgrade process

Going to reboot now and see what happens.

Rebooted fine into 16.04

$ cat /etc/lsb-release
