Move about page into the settings page

The about page is rarely accessed by the user. In fact when you think about it, the user opens the about page only in two use cases,
- While reporting a bug, the about page shows the version number which is handy
- Opens the about page to see who is behind this awesome project.

It doesn't need to be in the main header is what I am trying to get it. Let's reserve the header for navigation related stuff.

I don't like so much to move that page into settings. That will not give visibility.
As the about page has every people and projects who created uNav, I think we/they deserve the current approach :)
