ask for update to 7.10 after fresh install of 7.10

Bug Description

Binary package hint: update-manager

just did a fresh install of kubuntu 7.10 i386.
then i installed the nvidia propriteray drivers.
reboot.
apply the normal updates from the green circle.

I am then informed that a version upgrade is available.
and 2 or 3 step later I am told that there is no update available (of course...)

installed system is in french.

I have installed Kubuntu 7.10 with the CD I got shipped by shipit, and after I installed it, asked me to update to V7.10. It downloaded all the files and then told me it couldn't update because it was already installed.
