Remove hack the pulls latest docker

Now that Atomic has caught up, we no longer need to pull the latest version of Docker. We needed a minimum of docker 1.8.2 and atomic now has 1.9.

    Remove hack the pulls latest docker

    Atomic is set to Docker 1.8.2. We no longer need to pull the
    latest Docker to make our template work.
