Deployment failed on task "upload_cirros"

Detailed bug description:
  Deployment has failed. Method task_deploy. Validation of node:

  "task"=>"upload_cirros",
  "task_status"=>"failed"}
   for report failed: Task name is not provided.
   Inspect Astute logs for the details

Steps to reproduce:
  Create env with vCenter + DVS plugin 3.0.0
  Configure VMware vCenter/ESXi datastore for images (Glance)
  Add following nodes:
      Controller
      Cinder-vmware
      Compute-vmware
  Deploy env

Expected results:
 Env successfully deployed
Actual result:
 Deployment has failed.

Upload failed due to absence of Glance server. It failed because it was trying to verify TLS certificate
of vCenter server.

Patch for this problem exists, but is blocked due to absence of noop test.
