UI Components online documentation pages are missing "Contents" section and links to paragraphs

The offline documentation has a "Contents" section that lists the title of the paragraphs using clickable links.
This is the same as what happens in the upstream Qt documentation, see the right side of http://doc.qt.io/qt-5/qml-qttest-testcase.html

The online documentation does not have anything like that. That means the developer has no quick way to see the structure of the content and get quick access to the different sections.

How to reproduce:
1) Load http://doc.qt.io/qt-5/qml-qttest-testcase.html
2) Add a new tab and load https://developer.ubuntu.com/api/apps/qml/sdk-15.04.1/QtTest.TestCase/
3) Compare the two, developer.ubuntu.com has no "Contents" section
