jujucharms docs has inconsistency in clouds yaml

Bug Description

On https://jujucharms.com/docs/devel/clouds#specifying-additional-clouds we see mention of:

auth-types: <[access-key, oauth, userpass]>

And then:

auth-types: [access-key, userpass]

These differences aren't explained or clarified.
