Bug Description

Need to fix such auto test scenarios:
cannot_deploy_only_contrail_db
cannot_deploy_only_contrail_config
cannot_deploy_only_contrail_control

Actual result:
AssertionError: Task 'deploy' has incorrect status. error != ready
