Bug Description

Hi,

after upgrading to Xenial aiccu refuses to start as /etc/init.d/aiccu is a dangling symlink to /lib/init/upstart-job.

aiccu package should be taken out of distribution due to closing of sixxs.net - there is no running tunnel broker any more.
