Bug Description
Create some folders called a, b, c, etc. Then bookmark (Ctrl+D) each of them in the Files app, so you get a bunch of folders of the same names on the left panel. Now try to sort them any way you like by dragging them up and down. It doesn't work and just seems to rearrange them randomly, unless you get lucky.

Its not quite random - the row is inserted one row lower than expected - still a bug.
