[Contrail 3.0] Unnecessary analytics-api configuration

Bug Description

For contrail 3.0 discovery process is used to share and learn the collectors IP address by analytics API. To support this feature the collectors parameter should be removed from /etc/contrail/contrail-analytics-api.conf [DEFAULTS] section:

[DEFAULTS]
host_ip = 10.109.19.7
cassandra_server_list=10.109.19.3:9160 10.109.19.5:9160 10.109.19.7:9160
#collectors = 10.109.19.7:8086

    Analytics configuration updated to resolve the issues resulted in
    inconsistent analytics API responses in some cases.

     - analytics-api now uses discovery service to obtain collectors IP address
     - configuration for contrail-alarm-gen adjusted with host_ip param
     - contrail-alarm-gen re-enabled
