Bug Description
ENVIRONMENT: MOS 9.0 ISO 108
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Deploy master-node
2. Add slaves
3. Start deployment
4. Raise deployment failing(for example, error in puppets)
3. Click on "Deploy changes" for redeployment current env
EXPECTED RESULT:
Redeployment starts from installing OpenStack, but percents of progress started from 0%
ACTUAL RESULT:
Redeployment starts from installing OpenStack, and percents of progress must be started from 34%(for example)
