Bug Description

Please sync congress 3.0.0~rc1+dfsg1-1 which is currently in the Debian NEW queue, and also please accept python-stringtemplate3 3.1-1 and python-antlr3 3.5.2-1 from the xenial NEW queue

This will provide the OpenStack Mitaka Congress package which is an open policy framework for the cloud which enables cloud operators to declare, monitor, enforce, and audit "policy" in a heterogeneous cloud environment.

Packages in the Debian NEW queue aren't exposed anywhere public, so we can't sync to that. If you have the source package from somewhere, please provide a pointer, otherwise we'll have to wait.

The two python-* packages are in xenial.

Still needs another day or so to actually appear in Debian (https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/congress) and get imported into Launchpad (https://launchpad.net/debian/+source/congress)
