Bug Description

Using devel 0.7.6 when i select to download an episode, I see it downloading in the header bar obviously using the download manager).
I close the app and the download continues as expected.
Download manager indicates download successful when the download has completed.
I reopen the app and it doesn't register that the episode has been downloaded, i.e. There is no paperclip icon on the episode.

I also tried reopening the app during the download. The app can see a download is in progress but it doesn't associate it with any episode and therefore it doesn't register that the episode has been downloaded.

Thanks for reporting the bug. I did anticipate this bug ;) but figured it wouldn't be common for a user to close the downloading app. Up until now, I did not have an idea on how to fix this. But suddenly a thought struck me. I may have a clue on how to fix this. Assigning bug to myself. Will fix before the stable release v0.8.

FYI, the files you downloaded are now orphans since Podbird doesn't know about them. I have already added a settings option in Podbird Devel to clear up orphan files and links. This should help you recover the disk space.

LOL. There was this bug 1559490 which prompted me to create those settings options. And it turns out that it helps you. I didn't implement it today ;)
