Bug Description

The /var/log/kolla/keystone directory in keystone container has keystone.log.

$ docker exec keystone ls /var/log/kolla/keystone
keystone.log

Move the following keystone-apache-*.log files also to /var/log/kolla/keystone directory in keystone container.

$ docker exec keystone ls /var/log/kolla/apache2/
keystone-apache-admin-access.log
keystone-apache-admin-error.log
keystone-apache-public-access.log
keystone-apache-public-error.log
