Bug Description
Running 16.04 xubuntu and Plank 0.11.0.
If I click on an application on the dock, it launches and a question mark icon appears on the right (see attachment). I have set Unpinned to on. If I set Unpinned to off it does not show as expected.
If I launch an application from the Whisker's menu, that is not in the dock, the correct icon shows.
I should also note that when you close the application, launched from the dock, the ghost icon stays around for 5-10 seconds before being removed.
