[Sogou]Changing fonts cannot take effect in sogou panel.
[Test Case]
1. choose Sogou Pinyin as the input method
2. click 'Sogou Pinyin icon' in panel & click '设置'-‘外观’
3. check “更换字体”，and please choose a font in the pull-down menu
4. click "应用"
5. type some Chinese, please check it takes effect or not.
Expected Result: yes
Actual Result: no
