MFC40.DLL does not install with winetricks

The link to MFC40.DLL on the Microsoft homepage is dead. Consequently MFC40.DLL does not install any more.

Workaround:
Download mfc40.dll from a third party repository. (At you own risk.) Move it to ~/.wine/drive_c/windows/syswow64 (not system32). Register it with regsvr32 MFC40.DLL.
