When placing the mouse pointer on a specified skin, you cannot preview the effect on Sogou panel.
  [Test Case]
1. choose Sogou Pinyin as the input method
2. click 'Sogou Pinyin icon' in panel & click '设置'-‘常用’
3. make “隐藏状态栏” not checked
4. click 'Sogou Pinyin icon' in panel & click '皮肤'
5. place the mouse pointer on a specified skin. please check whether you can preview the effect on Sogou panel or not.
Expected Result: yes
Actual Result: no

鼠标放置在皮肤上，无预览
1. 将输入法切换至Sogou Pinyin
2. 点击‘搜狗输入法图标’-‘常用’：取消勾选“隐藏状态栏”
3. 点击“搜狗输入法图标”-“皮肤”
4. 将鼠标放置在任一款皮肤上，检查状态栏是否自动预览皮肤
