Broken in 16.04 beta 1
Advanced menu -> Preferences -> Theme -> Use custom colours -> Headings:
Upon closing "Headings:" colour picker, chosen colour is lost and replaced with "Borders:" colour setting.
Appears the only current method to set "Headings:" colour is with either gsettings, or dconf Editor.
