Bug Description
Whenever I enter Toon Hall, the game just crashes. This makes me unable to make further progress, as you must speak to Flippy to start doing Toontasks to get Sound or Toon-Up.
Looking at the command prompt, it may have something to do with the audio of the Silly Meter. Some others have said they have encountered something similar.
