Bug Description
System Windows 7x64. Inkscape 0.91 32bit (also 0.91pre4 r13712 (64bit) and 0.91+devel r14683 (32bit))
Using GhostScript 9.x (and gs9.18 32bit and gs9.18 64bit ) IrfanView works with it.
There is always an empty popup, with an headline which declares. "The script give some information to Inkscape but without error message."
With Inkscape 0.48 (portable on the same system) I can still open EPS. On Linux I can also open with 0.91.
