Bug Description

After every reboot, my Nexus 4 running rc-proposed (all updates installed) "forgets" all wifi access points, so it asks again for the password. If i look in the wifi settings under recent networks, is see my wifi network + a number (counting upwards). Since i only checked into Ubuntu Touch every few weeks, i am not sure when i first noticed it (~ august 2015)
