Bug Description

Mesa needs libva promoted in order to build the gallium va-api driver.

all build-dependencies of libva are in main, but libva-dev depends on libset-scalar-perl which isn't.

Note that libva used to be in main before:

the dh_libva debhelper plugin that needs libset-scalar-perl, and the plugin is needed for checking the driver ABI

 - packaging looks ok
 - upstream seems to be active,
 - no bug reports in Ubuntu, one unreproducible one in Debian.

question:
 va/va_trace.c shows sprintf uses with a fixed buffer len of 1024, trying to print up to 161 unsigned int's into this buffer. Can this overflow or are these small ints only?

libset-scalar-perl now has a bug subscriber (ubuntu-x-swat)

from what I can tell, the ints are small as they are from huffman_table
