Bug Description
Rename "Economic Weakness" field to "EWS / Freeship" and make it a drop down
I think instead the "Caste" field was renamed to "EWS / Freeship", which means we now have two fields for EWS, ubt the new field doesn't align to the fees table (the old EWS field appears on the adding fees to streams page so it might be easier to rename this one so that you don't have to adjust that flow through), plus we have lost the caste field, which should be reverted
The drop down options should be
ST
SC
OBC
CWSN
Orphan
Transgender
EWS
Note: This is also listed on the blueprints page - wasn't sure where it made sense to keep it
