Bug Description
Launching the dialer app on turbo, half of the screen is just empty: http://
This looks quite broken IMO. The number pad should scale in size and probably be vertically centered

I agree.
The dialer should be close to the bottom of the screen - to enable using the phone with a single hand and holding it "normally".
Green/Red button is also way too small.
(Also - I'm not sure if this is the right place - when the phone is ringing it is completely unnatural to position the call GUI aligned to the top - as it also disables single-hand usage. Usually this kind of GUI element should go to the bottom of the screen)
