Mame Debugger failed to start

Bug Description
When I try to start mame with -debug option it fails with message:
sdlmame: -debug not supported on X11-less builds
Segmentation fault (core dumped).
I think problem is in invalid dependencies in debian/control file. Mame Debugger now depends on Qt5, but qt4 >=4.7 is specified. In official forum recomended to use qt5-default as dependency.
