UI: Tracking bug for BGPaaSv2 implementation

BGPaaSv2 control node changes are tracked via bug 1552952.
BGPaaSv2 config changes are tracked via bug 1563075.

This bug tracks the UI changes.

The following changes are required:

o The as-override field in bgpaas-session-attributes property should be
set to false by default.

o Under Advanced Options, add a new checkbox for "AS Override". This
should cause as-override field in bgpaas-session-attributes property
to be set to true.

o Under Advanced Options, add a new checkbox for "Use IPv4-mapped IPv6
Nexthop". This should set/clear the bgpaas-ipv4-mapped-ipv6-nexthop
property of bgp-as-a-service object.

o Under Advanced Options, add checkbox for "Suppress Route Advertisement".
This should set/clear the bgpaas-suppress-route-advertisement property of
bgp-as-a-service object.

o Under Advanced Options, add a new text field called "Loop Count" which
takes values as defined by BgpAsPathLoopCount in bgp_schema.xsd. The
value of loop_count field in bgpaas-session-attributes property should
be set to this value. The default value should be 0.
