Glance Image does not support pvscsi device

Bug Description

a windows image with a pvscsi adapter always fails to boot, regardless of value specified for the "vmware_adaptertype" properly. The user tried changing the auto detected value (which was LSI Login Parallel) to paraVirtual and that did not work either. Looks like glance does not change the property to paraVirtual
