Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. The relevant dpkg terminal log says:

sed: can't read /usr/share/plymouth/themes/ubuntu-text/ubuntu-text.plymouth: No such file or directory

This particular bug has already been reported and is a duplicate of bug #1547505, so it is being marked as such.
