fuel master deployment fails because minimum disk of 45gb is not large enough

From IRC[0], it has been reported that the 45gb[1] messaged as part of the master install is not sufficient enough to deploy 8.0 with docker containers. The documentation points to the minimum size is 50gb[2].

    Fuel master deployment fails due to disk size

    From IRC, it has been reported that the 45gb messaged
     as part of the master install is not sufficient enough
    to deploy 8.0 with docker containers.
    The documentation specifies that the minimum size should
    be 50gb

    This patch will resolve this issue, will set the minimum
    disk size requirement to 50gb and will change the related
    error message.
