Default zone can be edited but lacks the edit icon

Build Version/Date: MAAS Version 2.0.0 (alpha2+bzr4776)
Environment used for testing: Xenial

Summary:
The default zone can be edited but doe snot display the edit icon. To edit the user must click the zone name then "Edit Zone" on the next screen. Whereas additional zones can enter edit mode directly from the parent window.

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Click on Zone tab
2) Add a new zone

Expected result:
Default zone has edit icon but no delete icon
New zone has both edit and delete icon

Actual result:
Only the new zone has quick link icons for edit or delete
