Bug Description
Build Version/Date: MAAS Version 2.0.0 (alpha2+bzr4776)
Environment used for testing: Xenial
Summary:
Link for rack controllers page does not point to that page
Steps to Reproduce:
1) Remove region assignment from rack controller
2) When warning appears click embedded link
Expected result:
User is taken to controllers page
Actual result:
User is taken to Nodes page
