xorg crashes very often on Dell XPS 9333 (Haswell) after upgrade to lts-wily kernel and xorg

Bug Description

How to reproduce:
- watch video on youtube in Firefox or Chromium or just read web pages - xorg will fail, all open programs will be closed (without saving anything :( ) and you'll be returned to KDE login
In dmesg sometimes I can see something like
