Bug Description
This is the second time we start talking about the same:

In Fuel 8.0 there is no "showmenu=yes" option in 2 first options of the menu when you boot from Fuel iso. Nonetheless it appears in the third option "UBS boot". Lets make it consistent with "showmenu=yes" in all options.

by default, fuelmenu isn't disabled, it shows a countdown and ability to press any key during the Fuel installation to enter the fuelmenu interface. this is because first two options used only for unattended (automated) installation of the Fuel.
the last (third) option with showmenu=yes is only one option for manual installation and should be used for manual installation of the Fuel.
