Bug Description

Binary package hint: fast-user-switch-applet

Running htop on my system shows 60 instances of console-kit-daemon. Each one with a consecutively numbered PID, each one taking up 0.2% of system memory, each one running with root priveleges. I don't know steps to reproduce, as it's always been this way, every time I've booted gutsy, since I started using it months ago.

I have exactly the same problem... and i think a lot of person as the same without knowing that..
