Bug Description

The Ubuntu Error Tracker has been receiving reports about a problem regarding plasma-workspace. This problem was most recently seen with version 4:5.4.2-0ubuntu1, the problem page at https://errors.ubuntu.com/problem/0a5b56b29a26ba6d326095b504a569c82fa7d5a5 contains more details.

I am marking this as Invalid as it seems to only be affecting Vivid and Wily users.

The bucket page in the Error Tracker shows it affecting both 16.04 and 16.10.
