[2.0a1] When Xenial is the only one image imported, nodes fail to boot after saving the commissioning image

Bug Description

Installed 2.0 Alpha1 on Xenial and imported only Xenial and therefore used Xenial as the release for commissioning.
When attempting to enlist nodes, they appear to not find a kernel and fail to boot. Please see the attached screen shot from the console. The Xenial image used was imported from http://maas.ubuntu.com/images/ephemeral-v2/daily/ on March 14, 2016.

To reprodice:

1. change streams to daily
2. import xenial (only)
3. try to enlist, it will fail - no-such-image
4. Go to the settings page under the commissioning section, Xenial will be selected by default *already*. Click *save*
5. Enlist again and it will work
