Bug Description

gnome software currently (ubuntu gnome 16.04 beta1) seems unusable to me. When you type in the search box letters come up more than once, then it takes over and deletes all your typing and keeps making "pipping" noises.

Also everything is apparently non-free, inc. things like Nautilus?(!)
