Bug Description

Firefox freezes in instances of opening a new window (i.e. pop-up window, opened by user e.g. gmail new messages), happens with multiple sites. When pop-ups allowed, happens every now and then - when not allowed, every time. Symptoms of occurring: CPU use level (from System Monitor) increases from 8% to 100% until process is killed (or firefox closed, browser closing "X" on top-right works but tabs or main content area don't). I had no problems with Ubuntu 7.04, upgraded to 7.10 on sunday, both have been desktop versions. Firefox version: 2.0.0.6, firefox has not been upgraded since Ubuntu upgrade.
