OpenShot crashes at startup

3) Version of OpenShot: 2.0.6
4) Version of melt: Don't know

OpenShot doesn't open on my pc I just see a window that says the next:

I suspect that where it says UTF 8 it's because I have an accent in my last name, but I'm not sure
I hope to know what did happen. Thank you in advance.
