Bug Description

This occurs on a WeTab tablet computer.

The system configuration and browser apps won't run. They display their small windows, then the windows disappear.

The batter/sound/network/time & date/system pull-down menu won't stay open. It closes within a second of pulling it down.

Additionally, any further discussion regarding the bug should occur in the other report. Feel free to continue to report any other bugs you may find.

Note about bug 1549455: The original reporter is using Pineview as shown in the logs there, and further down in comment #32 a Mir developer has confirmed the same assert happens on his own hardware.
