qmlplugindump crashes in Qt Creator (Ubuntu-sdk)

When opening a qml project qmlplugindump crashes with the following in the General Message tab:

[20:04:02] ii click-reviewers-tools 0.35-0~550~ubuntu14.04.1

QML module does not contain information about components contained in plugins.

Automatic type dump of QML module failed.
Errors:
"/usr/ubuntu-sdk-dev/bin/qmlplugindump" crashed.
Arguments: --builtins
This application failed to start because it could not find or load the Qt platform plugin "minimal".

Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.
