Bug Description

The Audit Log plugin is of great utility to many companies that are required to audit for compliance. However, the one thing it is currently lacking is the ability to filter or exclude users from logging. Twitter's Audit Patch has this feature:

https://github.com/twitter/mysql/wiki/Twitter-Audit-Logging

The ability to filter out system users so that the application and monitoring are not logged is a very important change that should be made.

This would be useful to us too..we are considering deploying the plugin and the ability to filter certain app/chatty users out would help provide better control on what we do record
