Bug Description

To debug issues where a daemon/process is not restarted after upgrade, nodemgr can send the output of contrail-version which can then be compared against the build-info sent by the processes and a alarm can be raised if they do not match

R3.1 alarms are in old format/location. Now alarms are moved to src/config/utils and created during provisioning.

Check installed and running package version mismatch periodically

Nodemgr sends installed and running package version initially.
It keeps checking periodically, if installed/running versions are different
it sends new running version in NodeStatus UVE. This raises an alarm.
