[Kubernetes] Availability zones always default for minion and gateway nodes

Kilo version of k8s app doesn't contain these lines:

https://github.com/openstack/murano-apps/blob/master/Docker/Kubernetes/KubernetesCluster/package/UI/ui.yaml#L54

So, the absence of this lines leads to incorrect availability zones on k8s instances.

    Added availability zones to nodes

    The availability zones always default for minion and gateways
    nodes. It is not present in the Kilo version of k8s.

    In this patch, I added the availability zones to the kilo
    branch of murano-apps.
