Sound crackles on handle release when using time slider to fast forward or fast backward the track.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better.

This issue sounds like it is within the media-hub/pulseaudio part of the stack, therefore I have added the packages to this bug report.

Would you also be able to provide the audio format which you are playing, as this may assist a developer to debug the issue?

Yes, it is mp3. I added a track to the attachment with which I find this crackle to be pronounced the most although it is present in every track.
